How is the discount computed in forward mode?

Final = original × (1 − discount/100). For a $100 item at 25% off, final = $75 and savings = $25.

How does reverse mode work?

Original = final ÷ (1 − discount/100). If you paid $75 for an item marked 25% off, the original price was $100.

Can I use the quick percentage buttons?

Yes — 10/15/20/25/30/50% buttons snap the discount to common values, useful for retail scenarios.

What is a valid discount range?

Between 0% and 100%. At 100% the item is free; at 0% there is no discount. The tool rejects values outside this range.

Does it work for stacked discounts?

Not directly — apply one discount, copy the result, then run a second forward calculation with that as the new original. Repeat for any number of stacked discounts.

Are my prices uploaded anywhere?
