Why doesn't this work on busy backgrounds?

This is a flood-fill algorithm — it removes pixels similar in color to the four corners. For hair, fur, or complex backgrounds, a dedicated AI tool will outperform it.

Can I pick a custom seed color instead of corners?

Not in this version. Corners work well for product shots on white/black backgrounds. Increase tolerance to capture more shades of the corner color.

What output format is used?

PNG — the only common format that supports per-pixel transparency in the browser. JPG would fill transparent areas with white.

Is my image uploaded?

No. Flood-fill runs on a canvas in your browser. Nothing leaves your device.
